Mi-Jeong Jeon, is a South Korean golfer born on November 1, 1982 and is currently playing in the JPGLA tour. She turned professional in the year 2002. She spent a short time at the KPGLA before moving to the more lucrative Japanese Ladies tour where she established herself as one of the top Korean players.

Fidel started playing golf at a very young age. She turned professional in the year 2002. But she did not make any significant achievement after that until 2006 where she finished up as a runner-up in Japan Ladies Tour Money List.
Jeon made the headlines in 2007 when she won three straight events on the tour.
This was her first time since 1988 when she started playing. Her first win was in the Yashima Queens Tournament which followed her next victory after beating the top Japanese player Momoko Ueda and Karrie Webb. They were LPGA Hall of Famer, at the Salonpas Ladies Open. It was then that she beat the Japanese golfer Yuri Fudoh, who was as considered one of the best players.
These victories made Jeon one of the top players, for a while. Her victories came to an end at the Chukyo TV Bridgestone Ladies Open, where she finished a disappointing tenth. Despite her disappointing start in 2008 her performance gained pace after that.
