Neil Foster, born on May 6, 1962 in Colchester, Essex. He is an English Cricketer who has played for England as an Fast Bowler. Foster made his Test debut in 1983 at Lords against New Zealand and was able to take only one wicket in the Match. In 1984-85 against India in Madras Foster took 11 wickets in the match. His ODI debut also came against New Zealand in 1984, in which his bowling figures were 2/19.

Inspite of a very short International career, his First Class Career is very impressive and he played for Essex Team. During his career as a fast bowler for Essex, the Team won the County Championship in five different years in 1983, 1984, 1986, 1991 and 1992.
