This article is about the 2011 Spike Video Game Awards which were held at California on 10 December, 2011. A huge number of celebrities attended the award show and their were performances also. Portal 2 and Batman: Arkham City were the leading Game in this award show.

Spike Video Game Awards 2011

Spike Video Game Awards is an annual award show in the gaming world and is hosted by Spike TV. To appreciates the best video games of the year, there are many categories of awards in this award show like Game of the Year, Studio of the Year, Best Adapted Video Game, Best Fighting Game, and many more such categories.

The 2011 Spike Video Game Awards were held on December 10, 2011 at California. Various sports, music and TV celebrities attended the award show like Tony Hawk, Hulk Hogan, Felicia Day, Charlie Sheen and many more. The show also aired the trailors of Hitman: Absolution and Mass Effect 3. Portal 2 and Batman: Arkham City got most number of awards and nominations in different categories. But the most important Game of the Year award winner was The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
