Sneijder started playing football at very less age. He joined Ajax Academy in 1991. Later in 2002, he played for AFC Ajax football club starting his senior career. In 2007, he played for Real Madrid and in 2009 he joined Internazionale. In 2010, he was named as UEFA midfielder of the season and one of the Best midfielder of the year. Sneijder also represented the national team of the country - Netherland. His first appearance for Dutch team came in 2003. He was also the member of the national team in two Football World Cups, first in 2006 and second in 2010.
