India thrashes Australia by 8 wickets in Melbourne T20

Finally the Indians fans get something to cheer. India defeated Australia in the 2nd T20 in Melbourne of the KFC series by 8 wickets. Ravindra Jadeja was declared the Man of the Match for his excellent fielding. The series was drawed on 1-1.
The Australia who batted first, were all out for 132. India reached the target in 19.4 Overs. The controlled bowling and outstanding fielding by India restricted them. India produced 4 run outs. Australia won the toss and decided to bat first. While India made no changes, Australia stepped in with 3 changes. Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh and Clint Mckay replaced Travis Birt, Daniel Christian and James Faulkner respectively. Australia lost wickets of David Warner and Shaun Marsh in the 3rd over bowled by Praveen Kumar. Marsh yet again failed to score, showing no progress from the test series. At the other side Finch made some good shots and raised the score. In the 7th over, Finch was run out by Ravindra Jadeja with a super throw. Finch scored 36 from 23. In the 9th over, captain George Bailey was too run out by Jadeja himself. Soon Jadeja sent back David Hussey for 24 with a return catch. Mitchel Marsh was stumped by Dhoni in the ball of Rahul Sharma. In the 19th over, another superb run out by Rohit Sharma. This time, Mathew Wade, Australia's hero in the last match returned at 32. The very next delivery, Clint Mckay edged the ball from Vinay Kumar to Dhoni. In last over, Brad was Hogg returned by Rahul Sharma and Doherty was run out by Raina. Praveen Kumar and Rahul Sharma took 2 wickets each for India.
In reply, the openers gave India a solid start. Sehwag and Gambhir added 43 on first wicket. Sehwag was returned by Brad Hogg for 23. Then Kohli and Gambhir moved the score in rhythm. They scored 54 on 2nd wicket. At 31 Kohli was dismissed by Mitchel Marsh. Then Dhoni and Gambhir led India home without further loss. Gambhir scored his fifty from 54 balls.Match Summary
