Womens Cricket Team, Match Scores & Rankings

The history of Womens cricket dates back to 1745 where a match held in Surrey between 11 maids of Bramley and 11 maids of Hambledon. White Heather Club is the first Womens Cricket Club commenced in the year 1887 in Yorkshire and the Womens Cricket Association was founded in 1926. The first Womens Test match was played in 1934 between England and Australia. International Womens Cricket Council was formed in 1958 and in 2005 it was merged with ICC. The England Women Claire Taylor was nominated as one of Wisden Cricketers of the year in 2009 who was the first woman to receive this award in 120 year history is noteworthy to mention here.
