Car racing began to be emerged in the late 1800s in France. The first car race took place in France, from Paris to Rouen in 1895 which was won by emile Levassor. The first Grand Prix racing began in 1906 was organised by the Automobile Club de France (ACF). The first 24-hour race for sports cars held at Le Mans. The first organized stock-car race was held in 1936 in USA. In 1948 National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) was founded by William France and the first NASCAR Strictly Stock race was held at Charlotte Speedway.
